I am an enthusiastic, hard working self-starter. I am competent and reliable, with an eye for detail, my experience of working with the public has taught me a great deal. I have learnt the value of customer care, open-mindedness and the importance of a good sense of humour, as well as how to communicate effectively at all levels. - The role was about a close communication with the CFO and accounting department, reporting to the local management as well as to the group headquarters in Germany. The Finance Controller ensured proper local finance controls were in place and reporting requirements were met,
-  Collecting, analyzing and evaluating financial data arising from the company’s activities,

- Monitoring of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such us Revenue, Gross Margin, EBIT, Invested Capital, EVA, BVA, ROS, ROIC etc,

- Minimizing a potential foreign currency exchange risks to streamline the process of defence against possible  volatility of exchange and interest rates in the market with regard to the company corporate and compliance policy,
- Furthermore I was responsible for preparing quarterly/half year/annual entity consolidations according to the IAS and local GAAP,
- Accurate and timely preparation of local budgets and forecasts,

I worked in England as a bar supervisor at Liverpool John Lennon airport. I had to supervise bar staff, whilst creating an inviting, friendly atmosphere that appeals to all airport passengers. Control and supervision of the bar included keeping bar area tidy, ordering stock, health and safety issues, serving customers, cellar management and other associated duties. Working in the UK brought many benefits to my life, an English language improvement in particular as I was the only foreigner there.

I worked in Citibank in a position of CitiPhone Customer Service Representative and my job position objectives were: To manage consumer retail banking target market; provide sales and service to a portfolio of consumer clients; act as a resource for consumer regional sales team to enhance cross-sell and in the preparation of applications for complex product structures; provide sales over the phone by inbound and outbound calls; complete any after call work processing necessary to resolve customer queries; handle conference calls, handle daily inquires; attend and follow up notes of senior management meetings; filing and archiving relevant documents; identify potential customer opportunity to deepen customer relationships; provide the manager with customer feedback on product improvements etc...

I studied English at Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology in England. I was a part-time student at the college, because I was working as an Au-Pair at the same time and I had to combine my working schedule with the college timetable. I had to look after 3 children aged between 7 and 12 years. Like in any other occupation, there were advantages and disadvantages, but on the whole, it brought many benefits to my life. My English host family lived in the South part of England, in a village called Nutbourne (county West Sussex), which is about 5 miles from the nearest city Chichester.

This company is one of the biggest cellular system providers for mobile phones in the Czech Republic. In the year 2000 I worked there as a member of Fraud Analysis Team which involved e.g.: looking after processes in the cellular network; assure fraud prevention and detection on operational level with subsequent countermeasures in accordance with Company policies; performing real-time monitoring of traffic to prevent high traffic fraudelent use; reviewing alarms and deciding about next steps; identifying fraud indicators and justifying them; disabling access to "T-Mobile" network to fraudulent users by updating blacklist for customer care purposes; participating in cooperation with police; handling cases of misused ID documents, etc...
In the year 1999 I worked there in a position of Customer Care Representative which involved representing Company Customer Care through assigned activities targeted to Support, Develop and Retain Company customers; providing customers with correct and comprehensive information and performing or initiating consequential activities in order to support customer satisfaction; carrying out requests and solving customers' complaints in accordance with valid Company standards; performing activation of services, credit check and related activities for single subscribers as well as special customers; assisting in control of invoicing process, system of accounts payable and receivable, and processing of customers' payments collection; contributing in increasing our customers' retention and loyalty through performinging assigned customer care activities; co-operating with other units and teams of the Customer Care Division, etc...
 
BANK AUSTRIA

The work in Bank Austria involved general secretarial and office duties, including reception work, general administration, imputing and retrieving data and statistical information; dealing with customer queries; opening and closing customers accounts; money exchange transaction; dealing with executions, including police cooperation etc.
Bank Austria was a subsidiary of one of the biggest Austrian banks (Nowadays after a bank merger called HVB Bank). It does not exist any more, because on October 1, 2001 a new bank, HVB Bank Czech Republic a.s., entered the Czech market. It came into being as a result of the merger of two previously independent, successful banks, Bank Austria/Creditanstalt Czech Republic, a.s. and HypoVereinsbank CZ, a.s. The merger of these two financial institutions was part of a process undertaken already in 2000 by the parent enterprises of the two subsidiary banks, the German Hypovereinsbank AG and the Austrian Bank Austria Creditansalt Gruppe. The integration of further financial institutions under the umbrella designation of HVB Group has resulted in the formation of Europe's third largest banking group.
